Has over 30 years’ of experience in the construction industry,  Starting his career as a Heavy Plant Operator he soon transitioned into the world of Civil Engineering.  He then went on to lead several high-value Projects and Programmes across the world as well as being a highly experienced Programme manager Bob also has a Master’s Degree in Business Management and is passionate about delivering training, especially in leadership and management, enabling individuals and companies to understand their legal and moral duties allowing them to perform at the highest level.
